Having trouble with PocketRoles or StarPocket? Start here. You'll find the right contact for each kind of request (Discord, email, GitHub) and a form you can use without Discord or email. When you send the form you get a receipt number, and replies appear on that receipt's page.

Replies can take a few days. The Discord is mostly Japanese; English and Chinese are welcome too.

There is no automatic reply by email.
What we store
We store the category, subject, message, the reply-to email (only if you entered one), the game info, and whether you ticked “The author may use AI to draft the reply”. Raw IP addresses are not stored (only a marker derived from the IP that cannot be turned back into it, used to prevent spamming; after the server restarts, that marker can no longer be matched to any IP). Closed inquiries are deleted after a while.
Check a receipt
If you open the URL you got when you sent the inquiry, you don't need this. You can also open it with the receipt number and the key (the long text at the end of the URL).
