Requests from hosts (shared bans and sending evidence)
You can also use this site’s form
Use Appeal a room restriction to choose “I think the room restriction was a mistake”, “Please erase my records” or “I want to report something about a host”. Appeals saying the room restriction was a mistake are read by the author and the Room Access Team members the author chooses; requests to erase records and reports about a host are read only by the author. Only the author decides whether to reply and whether to lift a room restriction. Include the date and time, room code, evidence number AEG-…, code from /cmd id and what happened as far as you know. You can send it without the numbers or codes. Use your in-game name, not your real name. Replies appear on the receipt page. Requests on this site are deleted 30 days after they are marked resolved. This is separate from how long game records stay on a host’s PC. You can still use Discord and email. Send report zips and evidence zips by email, rather than attaching them to this site’s form.
Where to ask
- Discord: open a ticket in the “📨|ホストの依頼” (host requests) channel of “PocketRoles 役職部屋”. Only people with the “ホスト” (host) Discord role can see it. Can’t see it? Use the email below.
- Email: pocketroles.report+[email protected] (subject “host request”)
Please include
- The kind of request (add to the shared ban list / lift a shared ban / something else)
- The other player’s name
- The date, time and room code (as far as you know)
- What happened
- The ban number AEG-… if you have it
Sending a report zip
The zip from the launcher’s “Create report zip” button holds other players’ records too. Don’t post it in a ticket; attach it to an email. It only holds the latest logs, so make it right after the match.
One player’s evidence zip
To check an appeal, the author may ask you for one player’s records. Use this instead of a report zip.
- Press “One player’s evidence” in the launcher.
- Enter that player’s erase code (the 16 letters of
/cmd id), friend code (name#1234) or an evidence id (AEG-XXXXX) and press “Create”. - A zip appears on your Desktop. Use “Open mail” and send it to the author only.
It holds no other player’s records or logs (a detection line can still name another player of that game). The launcher deletes this zip after 30 days too.
Shared-ban rules (public)
- Only the author can make a shared ban. The author decides from Aegis records (evidence), never from a host’s request alone.
- A “Certain” detection whose record matches that host’s game log: one host’s record is enough (first step only, up to 30 days). At most 2 shared bans in 30 days can rest on the same single host’s records.
- Anything else (“Repeat” detections, chat or harassment restrictions, restrictions a host decided by watching): records from 2 or more different hosts within 30 days, or similar, are needed.
- If a host’s reports are found to be wrong on appeal 3 times within 30 days, we stop accepting their reports (S-11). Mistakes by “Certain” detections don’t count.
Admins (the Aegis team) propose lifts or shares in “admin mode (proposals only)”; the author checks and decides. The rules for hosts are in Rules for hosts.
